SMS Terms
How Vantaro uses text messaging, exactly what you agreed to, and how to stop it in one word.

What you are consenting to
When you check the consent box on a form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from VantaroAI at the mobile number you provided. Those messages relate to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional updates about our service.
The exact language shown at the point of consent is:
“I agree to receive SMS messages from Vantaro about my inquiry, appointment reminders, and occasional updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
We record your consent along with that language and a timestamp. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@vantaroai.com. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email, and it does not cancel any service you have purchased.
Our clients' messaging
Vantaro also sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use our platform. In those cases the business is the sender, its own name appears in the message, and the consent was collected by that business. The same STOP and HELP keywords work, and opting out applies to that business's messages.
We register every client business with mobile carriers before any campaign messaging goes out, and we do not send marketing messages to anyone who has not consented to receive them.
