The subscriptions this stands in for.

Real published list prices, captured August 2026. Each one links to the source.

Honest about the money. The cheapest published tool in each common category comes to about $281 a month — and still leaves you answering your own phone. At that end AI Front Desk at $597 is not the cheapest line on your bill; it is the one that also picks up. Add a live answering service or a Podium or Birdeye-class review platform and one subscription costs less outright. Run your own numbers.

Before you ask

What this does not do.

A product that claims to do everything is one nobody believes.

It is not your accounting system

We send invoices and take payments. We are not a general ledger, we do not reconcile, and we do not file your taxes. Keep your books where they are.

It is not a point of sale

Tap-to-pay on a phone, yes. A till, a cash drawer, table management or barcode scanning, no.

It is not inventory or fulfilment software

If you carry real stock and ship it, keep the system that does that. We handle the conversation and the booking around it.

It does not replace your payment processor

Processing fees stay exactly where they are. We never count them as savings.

English is materially stronger than other languages

The voice AI handles many languages, but English is the deepest by a distance. If a large share of your calls are not in English, tell us on the first call and we will be straight with you about the fit rather than sell you something that frustrates your customers.

It is not a replacement for judgment

It handles the routine and hands you anything sensitive, upset or unusual. That is the design, not a shortcoming — and it is why a human being still answers your escalations.
